Latarsis is up!

So today, Yingjie decided to dig up some old code and download a few new templates. Then suddenly, Latarsis appeared from nowhere. Ah, so up it goes!
After some poking around, here's a list of the things that needs to be done to fix this up properly.
Fixer-upper time!
- Start PHP-ifying the entire site.
1. Start separating the header/footer stuff and put them into INC files.
2. Start writing nice content.
- Code up some nice scripts for the Quote of the Day thingums.
- Find nice content to dump here!
